  • How does EduAI work?
    EduAI uses AI and data to create personalized learning experiences. You can snap a picture of a question, and the app will read it, provide explanations, and offer answers.
  • What is the difference between the free and paid version
    The free version only allows the user to ask 20 questions a day from the Grammar or Vocabulary section (English). The counter resets every day. The paid version comes with full fucntionality and access to all sections of the app.
  • How do I start using the service as a paid subscriber
    After subscribing, you need to add you child to the system here. Once done, your child can use the credentials you set up to download and start using the app.
  • How do I use the free version

  • What subjects does EduAI cover?
    EduAI currently only works with Singapore PSLE standard English for Primary 5 and Primary 6 Paper 2 format only.
  • Is the app safe for children to use?
    EduAI prioritises safety and privacy. We ensure all interactions are secure and the content is age-appropriate.
  • Which devices will the app work on
    The app will work on iOS and Android devices. The app has been tested on the latest 2 operating systems of iOS and Android. Older devices (2020 and older) may have compatibility issues.
  • How do I provide feedback on the app
    We value your feedback. The is an option to provide feedback after every question. You can leave general feedback on our contact us email.
  • Are the answers reliable
    Our prompts are engineered together with Singapore teachers to maintain high-quality, curriculum relevant answers. However, AI has a margin of error and this should be taken into account when utilising the app. Feedback can be provided via the in app function.
  • How do I access my account settings
    You can access your account and update your plan, student/child settings in the accunt management portal here.
  • When will my credit card be charged
    Once you have subscribed, you will enjoy a free 2 weeks trial with the full functionality of the app. You will be billed on the end of the 2 weeks and subsequently every month after via Stripe to your provided credit card.
  • Do I use the same login credentials for my child/studnet
    No. The parent's login id and password will be different from the child/student's password.
  • How do I add a child/student to start using the app
    You can access your account and update your plan, student/child settings in the accunt management portal here.
  • How do I cancel my account
    You can access your account and update your plan, student/child settings in the accunt management portal here.
  • What happens when I cancel my account
    You will have full access until the end of your current billing cycle. The date will be indicated when you cancel the account.
  • How do I reset my account password?
    You can reset your password by clicking on reset password on the account management dashboard.
  • How do I reset my child/student password?
    You can reset child/student password by logging into your account management dashboard.
